Shipping & Delivery

 

At Chlopure, we are dedicated to ensuring the timely delivery of your orders. However, during peak promotional periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, some deliveries may experience longer processing times.

 

The JasyGroup holds no liability for delays resulting from extenuating circumstances, including adverse weather conditions or force majeure events.

 

UK Order Delivery Details:

Each order is deliverable to a single address, and delivery charges are applicable per order.

Next Day Delivery	Next working day (If order is placed before 12pm on a working day. If order is placed after 12pm or on any non-working day then estimated delivery will be on the second working day.)	£7.50
Saturday Delivery	Saturday after you place your order (If order is placed before 12pm on Friday and that Friday is a working day. If order is placed after this time then estimated delivery will be on the second Saturday.)	£9.50
Named Day Delivery	Day selected by the consumer	£10.50

 

Additional Notes:

Delivery to specific regions (Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, islands, Aberdeen, and rural areas) may require an extra working day for the mentioned delivery options.

For these regions, "Next Day Delivery" orders will arrive on the third working day, and "Saturday Delivery" orders must be placed by 12pm on Thursday (a working day).

 

 

Order Tracking:

An order confirmation email will be sent upon checkout, and a subsequent email with the tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.

Track your shipment by clicking on the tracking number in your email or logging into your account and selecting "Order History."

 

Undelivered Orders:

If your order is marked as delivered but not received within three business days, contact our Customer Experience team at customerservice@chlopure.com.

 

Cancellation and Exchanges:

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once placed.

If you wish to cancel, refuse the order at the door. Upon return, a refund process will begin. Direct exchanges are not facilitated. Return the unused product, and if approved, a return label will be provided with return postage deducted from the refund amount.

 

International Shipping:

Currently, we deliver to European countries, excluding France and Italy.

Delivery Time Requests:

Delivery times cannot be requested, and all delivery times are estimates. Reference your tracking email for the latest information.
